Deposit Information

In order to RESERVE a puppy, you are required to submit a non-refundable deposit of $250.00.

By non-refundable, your deposit will be forfeited if you cancel your puppy request. However, the deposit may be transferred to another litter, so long as the selection is made within one calendar year. The deposit is refundable IF your application is declined, by Rosewood Kennel, for any reason, or if a puppy (of the same quality and breed for which you made application) is available within one calendar year.

Once a puppy is reserved from a particular litter, you may not change to another litter, without the expressed permission of the Breeder, and/or only if there is availability on the litter requested. If permission is granted you may only make this request one time.

Discussions with Rosewood Kennel regarding a particular puppy does not reserve that puppy for you and he/she may be placed at any time unless you have made a deposit.

We will do our best to accommodate your personal selections, desires and circumstances. But we do not promise a certain gender, coat color or type. Often people are surprised, for example, to discover that male dogs are very loving, gentle and without aggression so we ask you to keep an open mind/heart when puppies are available.

Contract Explained

You will be required to sign a contract agreeing, among other things, that you will have the puppy spayed/neutered and that you will return the puppy to the breeder if you cannot keep him/her (at OUR discretion). And that ownership of the puppy will not pass until the contract is signed by both parties and the puppy is delivered to the buyer.

By making this application to buy a Rosewood Kennel puppy, you understand that there is no guarantee or promise that the puppy will be non-shedding and/or hypo-allergenic. Of course, that is our desire to have non-shedding/low shedding coat quality, but there is always a possibility that a dog may shed, and in fact all puppies will blow their puppy coats during their first year.

Sometimes a person is allergic to the dog’s saliva or to some environmental trigger, if so; allergies may still be triggered by a Goldendoodle.

Every Rosewood Kennel puppy MUST be spayed/neutered by the age of 5 months. NO breeding rights are granted between the parties.

If, at any time during the first year, or for any reason, you decide that this puppy is not right for you or your family, we require that you contact Rosewood Kennel.
